In celebration of Higinbotham & Higinbotham's 50-year anniversary, we are SO excited to announce that along with our scheduled vendors, the Davisson Brothers Band, with support from the Silas Powell Band will be performing a FREE show on the City's gravel parking lot in conjunction with Hometown Market Hometown Spirit on Saturday, June 17th
Saturday, June 17th 10 AM to 3 PM - Hometown Market is OPEN 10:30 AM - Silas Powell Band 12:30 AM - Davisson Brothers Band We will also have 40+ vendors and a food truck on site provided by the Glen Elk Boys. So, get ready for a rockin' good time in the heat of Summer and come join us!!!
LumberjAxe Axe Throwing & Arcade - NOW OPEN!!!
Downtown Fairmont's newest business, LuberjAxe Axe Throwing & Arcade, is now open!!! Located at 308 Merchant St, LumberjAxe offers 5 lanes of axe throwing, billiards, 10 pinball machines, and many classic arcade games. LumberjAxe will also be serving beer to those above 21 years of age. Come on down to Merchant St this summer and see all that LumbrjAxe has to offer!!!

Not only have our ground planters taken off in full bloom but THANKS to the City of Fairmont - City Hall Public Works & Planning Departments, the hanging baskets are now up along downtown & the 3rd St Bridge. We appreciate all of the agencies, businesses, and individuals who have helped make these beautification efforts possible. Day of Action Main Street Fairmont is participating with the Tygart Valley United Way for another year of the Day of Action! Join us on June 21 to be a part of the fun! Volunteers who participate will be invited for a free lunch at Palatine at 11AM. Projects begin at 12PM. All participants will receive a FREE t-shirt commemorating the day and their service to the community. Anyone interested in participating can sign up HERE.
