2026 Hometown Christmas Market Vendor Application

The 2026 Hometown Christmas Market will take place December 11–12 as part of Main Street Fairmont’s Hometown Holiday Celebration and in conjunction with the 20th Annual Feast of the Seven Fishes.

Last year, our two-day market welcomed more than 10,000 guests, and we look forward to an even bigger celebration this year! If you would like to be considered as a vendor, please complete the application below. Approved applicants will be notified by email and will receive an invoice for the applicable vendor fee.

Terms and Conditions

By checking the box below all vendors agree to accept the following terms and conditions.

  • All vendors will treat their peers and customers with respect and dignity.

  • All outdoor vendors agree to provide tenting or other methods of protecting their products from the elements.

  • All outdoor vendors using tents will secure the tent with the appropriate amount of weight to protect against the wind. Any tent without sufficient weight will be asked to leave the venue, and no fees will be returned.

  • All vendors agree to hold Main Street Fairmont harmless for any injury or damages sustained as a result of their participation in the Hometown Christmas Market.

  • All Vendors will arrive at the proper time to set up their displays and be ready to greet customers at 10 AM when the Christmas market opens.

  • Vendors will not tear down their booth until after the market closes, except for cases of extreme weather.

  • Vendors agree that if they should tear down early for any reason, no vendor fees will be refunded.

  • Vendors agree that all registration fees must be paid prior to the event.

  • Refund policy - Vendors may request a full refund prior to September 30, 2026.  No refunds will be given after September 30, 2026, unless the event is canceled by Main Street Fairmont.  Should either day of the event be canceled by Main Street Fairmont due to severe weather conditions, Main Street Fairmont will refund the portion of the vendor fees associated with cancellation.
