Support Main Street Fairmont's Beautification Efforts
Main Street Fairmont (MSF) was established in 1993 as a volunteer-driven organization dedicated to revitalizing downtown Fairmont. Following a comprehensive program called the Four Point Approach, MSF focuses on downtown revitalization through Economic Development, Design (Historic Preservation and Beautification), Promotion, Organization, (Fundraising and Volunteer Recruitment). Our non-profit volunteer organization provides services to downtown businesses including architectural design services, promotion of retail events, marketing of new businesses, and technical assistance.

Main Street Fairmont's involvement was instrumental in projects such as the restoration of the High Level Bridge, partnering with the City of Fairmont to purchase all new self-watering hanging flower baskets, $70,000 worth of improvements through façade grants, and helping two new businesses find their first storefront in downtown in 2022, just to name a few. MSF has also supported local businesses through social media campaigns and advertisements bringing in 1.9 million online interactions. Our events such as the Hometown Markets and the annual Feast of the Seven Fishes brought over 7,500 visitors to the downtown area the past year. All are provided FREE to the public.
