Let the Feast Celebration Begin... 

Vendor Terms and Conditions

  • All vendors will treat their peers and customers with respect and dignity.

  • All vendors agree to provide tenting or other methods of protecting their product from the elements.

  • All vendors using tents will secure the tent with the appropriate amount of weight to protect against the elements.

  • All vendors agree to hold Main Street Fairmont harmless for any injury or damages sustained as a result of their participation in any Main Street Fairmont event.

  • All Vendors will arrive at the proper time to set up their displays and be ready to greet customers at 10AM when the market opens.

  • Vendors agree that if they should tear down early for any reason, no vendor fees will be refunded.

  • Vendors agree, that all registration fees must be paid prior to the event.

  • Vendors must acquire the correct permits from the Health Department. Call the Marion County Health Department at 304-366-3360 for details.

The 2025 Feast of the Seven Fishes is back and will be held on December 12 and 13 in conjunction with the

The Hometown Christmas Market.
Last year, our two-day market saw over 10,000 guests. We hope to exceed that number this year, and keep creating a bigger and better Feast!  If you would like to apply to join the fun, please complete the vendor application below.  Once approved, you will receive an invoice for vendor fees via email.
