We are already planning for a summer full of Hometown cheer in 2023! Vendor Applications will be open soon. 

  • May 20 - Dancing in the Streets!

  • June 17 - Hometown Spirit

  • July 15  - The 3rd Annual Friendly City Car Show

  • August 19 -The Famous Tomato Festival

  • September 16 - The End of Season Bash!

Registration Fees 

  • $160 Seasonal Pass (register for all 5 events)

  • $45.00 vendor fee per event

About the Events

  • All Hometown Markets will be outdoor events

  • All booth spaces are 10x10 feet. 

  • Tenting with weights is strongly suggested

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

Vendor Terms and Conditions
  • All vendors will treat their peers and customers with respect and dignity.

  • All vendors agree to provide tenting or other methods of protecting their product from the elements.

  • All vendors using tents will secure the tent with the appropriate amount of weight to protect against the wind.

  • All vendors requesting electricity agree to supply their own extension cord. Non-seasonal vendors also agree to pay the $20 fee per event. 

  • All vendors agree to hold Main Street Fairmont harmless for any injury or damages sustained as a result of their participation in the Hometown Markets.

  • All Vendors will arrive at the proper time to set up their displays and be ready to greet customers at 10AM when the market opens.

  • Vendors will not tear down their booth until after the market closes, except for cases of extreme weather.

  • Vendors agree that if they should tear down early for any reason, no vendor fees will be refunded.

  • Vendors understand that there may be times when the market may move to the opposite side of Monroe Street due to special events.

  • Vendors agree, that all registration fees must be paid prior to the event.
