There's a new "Southern Charm" on Adams Street!

Southern Charm Nutrition Now Open on the Corner of Monroe and Adams Street

Samantha Glass, a southern belle and native of Virginia, moved to the Mountain State to attend WVU and fell in love. After graduation, Samantha decided to make West Virginia her home and has now opened Southern Charm Nutrition at the corner of Adams and Monroe Street. Now offering over 120 varieties of meal replacement shakes, 30 varieties of naturally caffeinated teas, and iced protein coffees, Southern Charm Nutrition is open Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM.

For those on the go, Southern Charm also offers a text-ahead service at 681-339-1158. Text

Southern Charm Nutrition in advance and let them know what time you will be in the store

to pick up your drink, and the folks at Southern Charm will do their best to have your order ready to go when you arrive. They can have it ready within minutes, but please plan on

arriving for pick up within 30 minutes.

In addition to the nutritious and tasty treats available for pick up, Southern Charm is also a distributor of HerbaLife products. Samantha and her crew will sell you the products needed to prepare your shake at home. Addicted to a combination that they make on-site? No problem! They will even share the recipe! Samantha and her crew are serious about wellness and nutrition. Not only do they provide healthy meal replacement shakes, but they also offer customers a personalized 9-week weight loss program with 24/7 access to a nutritional coach, weekly check-ins, and access to a certified personal trainer.

As a new business owner, Samantha also realizes the importance of giving back. That’s why each month Southern Charm will be offering a special shake with part of the proceeds going back to a non-profit organization. April is Autism Awareness Month, and the folks at Southern Charm are featuring their Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake (for those of you with peanut allergies, they do have an alternative). For each Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake sold in April, Southern Charm will donate one dollar to Autism Speaks.
