Hometown Market End-of-Summer Bash

On Saturday, September 16th Main Street Fairmont will be hosting the last Hometown Market of the summer season, the End-of-Summer Bash, in collaboration with Manchin Injury Law Group. Enjoy a day downtown and close out the summertime at the Hometown Market End of Summer Bash with dozens of local artisans and the Lunchbox food truck. Join us downtown from 10AM-3PM for music, food, and more!


Space For Rent

For office or retail space, 1,331 sq ft of storefront is now available for rent. This unit has a flexible layout that can be easily adapted to suit your specific needs. Amenities include:

A new menu has been unveiled at downtown's renowned coffee & grub joint, The Joe! The Joe offers sandwiches, salads, tacos, breakfast, café drinks, beer, and more! They keep it interesting with their special of the day and rotating weekend french toast! Make sure to drop by and check out the new food or some of their classics and while you're their grab one of their pumpkin drinks that launched on August 23rd! Holiday Historic Home Tours

The Marion County Historical Society is planning Holiday Historic Home Tours on September 25th! If you are interested in having your home or business featured on the tour or have questions about the event there will be an informational meeting on September 7th from 6-7pm at 211 Adams St!The meeting will feature 3 individuals that have featured their homes in the event and light refreshments will be provided. Palatine Park's Summer Concert Series

Palatine Park's FREE Summer Concert Series' grand finale for the summer is THIS SATURDAY! Global sensation "The Bones of J.R. Jones" returns to the park

after playing through a torrential downpour just two years ago. We encourage you to check out this can't miss performance brought to you by our friends at the Marion County Commission.
