Since 1993, Main Street Fairmont has been a driving force in our small town. The organization has assisted in the rehabilitation of buildings in our historic district, worked with other civic organizations and community leaders to promote Fairmont and has hosted numerous events including our beloved Feast of the Seven Fishes. But did you know Main Street Fairmont is a part of a national organization focusing on the improvement of downtowns across America?
Over the next few months we hope to provide you some information about Main Street America and it's 4-point approach to revitalization of historic downtowns across the country.
