Festival Cucina to be Held December 10 in a New Location


Main Street Fairmont is pleased to announce that the Festival Cucina will return for the 15th year on December 11, 2021, at 7 PM. This year, the Italian cooking school will be held in its new location, the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, located at 329 Maryland Avenue, Fairmont, WV. Organizers Bob and Shannon Tinnell and local chefs will be on hand to create several dishes to delight the taste buds.

Anchovy Fritters prepared by Robert Tinnell

Fried Baccala prepared by Mike Biafore

Fish Stew prepared by M.K. Ohlinger

Octopus Pasta prepared by Robert Germano

Clam Pasta prepared by Shannon Tinnell

Eel with Olives, Chilies, and Capers prepared by Elizabeth Opyoke

Limoncello Ricotta Cheesecake prepared by Jay Mahoney

Biscotti prepared by Scott Frederick

Order your ticket today. Ticket sales will close on December 1. Tickets will not be available at the door.
