PROGRAM MANAGER

Main Street Fairmont seeks a motivated self-starter to serve as Program Manager, who under the direction of the Executive Director, will implement strategies and programs to revitalize and improve the economy of downtown Fairmont. The successful candidate must exhibit strong interpersonal skills, have proven organizational skills, experience in managing a non-profit office, be able to build strong partnerships between business owners, the Main Street Board, volunteers, and county and city officials for the betterment of downtown Fairmont.

 

This is a part-time position, working approximately 20 hours per week. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or marketing or experience in one or more of the following areas: Office administration, bookkeeping, public relations, marketing, volunteer management, event planning, and management, commercial non-profit administration is required.
